Elevate Textiles, Inc., (the “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of users of our Web Site and the Web Sites of our divisions (collectively, the “Web Site”). In general, except for information obtained from users seeking employment with the Company, we gather information about all of our users collectively, and not on an individual basis, for purposes such as determining which parts of our Web Site areas users access most frequently. This information helps us determine which parts of our Web Site are most beneficial for users, and how we can continually create a better overall experience for you. We use such data in the aggregate and anonymously. We may share this information within the Company so that we may understand how the Company’s visitors use our Web Site. We are not in the business of and do not sell information to others. The use of information gathered from users seeking employment with the Company is discussed below (under “Resumes”).

Elevate Textiles seeks to comply with GDPR which provides rights for individual citizens of the EU to understand who is collecting their personal data, how it is being collected, how it is being used and where it resides. It extends and solidifies data protection and data privacy rights for all EU citizens. Further, EU citizens will have the right to request that their personal data be deleted and no longer processed. This includes physical and electronic records. The Company is prepared to collect and manage personal data responsibly and respond quickly to opt-out requests of EU citizens.  Personal information submitted to us through our website will be used for the purposes specified in this policy or on the relevant pages of the website. We may use your personal information for the following:

  • Administering our website and business;
  • Sending you goods purchase through our website (where applicable);
  • Sending you our email newsletter, if you have requested it;
  • Sending you marketing communications relating to our business where you have specifically agreed to or requested.

In accordance with GDPR guidelines any person can request to be forgotten and have Elevate Textiles delete all information, request copy of information the company has related to the individual or opt-out of any future company correspondence.
